Pre-Visit
One of the most common questions I get from new guests is: "Is there anything I should know or do before my appointment?"
To help make your first visit easy and stress-free, I have answered FAQ's and am available to answer any others you may have.
Once your appointment is booked, and accepted I will text you a digital consultation form. This helps me get to know your hair goals, make sure your service is booked just right, and allows me to prep for a personalized experience created just for you.
Consultation
When you come in, we’ll have a more in-depth chat about your hair journey and goals. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other better and for me to really understand how I can make you feel your best in my chair. If you’ve had any changes in your vision or just want to talk things through, this is the perfect time to do that—so we can make your appointment feel relaxed, personalized, and totally you.

After your appointment, you’ll receive a quick thank-you email from me. It’s my way of showing appreciation for choosing to sit in my chair. In that email, you’ll also find a link to share any feedback about your experience, along with details about my exclusive guest referral rewards—just a little something to say thank you for spreading the word!
